Worksheet4 Initial feasibility
Introduction to
developing the work plan | 4.0
This worksheet suggests ways in which your cluster’s Core Group can approach the task of working up achievable plans from the initial shortlist of ideas generated by the Finding The Focus stage. It provides examples of approaches used elsewhere and ideas for resources for you to use.
By the end of this stage, the group should have:
- carried out a feasibility exercise to identify ways each of the ideas generated at the previous stage might be taken forward, what the resource requirements would be, and how they might be met;
- decided on which areas it should focus its efforts;
- agreed a workplan which sets out the objectives, maps out who is going to do what, provides a timeline against which progress can be measured, identifies how and when the results are going to be evaluated, and a programme of Core Group meetings to manage the project.
