Introduction to forming a cluster | 2.0
This worksheet sets out some of the key learning points on establishing successful clusters which emerged from the pilot phase of the Collaborate project.
By the end of this stage, the group should have had its first meeting and:
- agreed on which organisations are going to be members of the cluster;
- agreed the ground rules;
- identified who is going to be responsible for pulling together the results of the diagnostic exercises described in Worksheet 3, and set dates for the completion of the diagnostics and for the next meeting of the Core Group.
